J-1 before the event: Meet the speakers

The European Commission and LIFE Programme hybrid event “Supporting EPBD implementation: Practical solutions developed by EU-funded initiatives” will take place tomorrow, 13 May 2026, in Brussels and online.

Across the three sessions, speakers from DG ENER, CINEA and LIFE Programme project operators from across the EPBD implementation ecosystem will come together to discuss what it takes to deliver the EPBD in practice.

The event will bring together high-level panel discussions, roundtables and Q&A sessions to explore how policy, finance, building data and delivery tools can work together to turn EPBD requirements into concrete outcomes across the EU.

We are delighted to announce that Session 1 will be opened by Rosalinde van der Vlies and Hans Rhein, from DG ENER.

Croatia moves towards a National Building Stock Observatory

EUSEW 2026: a high-level session on building data, energy efficiency and local heating and cooling planning

As part of the European Sustainable Energy Week 2026, a high-level session will take place on 11 June, from 14:00 to 15:30, at the Charlemagne Building, Jenkins Room.
