The third edition of the OBSERVE newsletter is now available.

In this new issue, we share the latest updates from across the project, including recent project meetings, the publication of new deliverables, and upcoming European events where OBSERVE will contribute to discussions on building energy performance, data, and EPBD implementation.

This edition also highlights the continued work of the OBSERVE consortium to support the development of national Building Stock Observatories and strengthen evidence-based approaches for improving Europe’s building stock.

Croatia moves towards a National Building Stock Observatory

Work carried out within the OBSERVE project is supporting Croatia in developing a more integrated, reliable and accessible building data ecosystem. OBSERVE presented at the Torroja Seminar on climate and energy efficiency

On 11 June, the Instituto de Ciencias de la Construcción Eduardo Torroja, IETcc-CSIC, hosted the Torroja Seminar entitled “Climate and energy efficiency in the built environment: the European i4c and OBSERVE projects” in Madrid. EUSEW 2026: a high-level session on building data, energy efficiency and local heating and cooling planning

As part of the European Sustainable Energy Week 2026, a high-level session will take place on 11 June, from 14:00 to 15:30, at the Charlemagne Building, Jenkins Room. OBSERVE meets Greek stakeholders to discuss EPBD-related priorities
