We received feedback with completed questionnaires and comments for projects roadmap for Cyprus and updated the partners accordingly. The comments were;

Key remarks on the roadmap:

Timeline: Ensure system readiness before Q1 2027 to meet the Regulation deadline of 15 March 2027.
Indicators: Align with the Regulation’s mandatory categories and map each to national datasets.
Data gaps: Address missing non-residential building indicators (e.g. hospitals, education).
Compliance: Add a dedicated activity for legal and technical conformity (GDPR, standard templates, data anonymisation, and EU transfer procedures).

Regarding contacting and engaging interviews with public authorities and stakeholders we are on the verge of reaching to Town Planning Department and Statistical Services of Cyprus to gain a better insight for the numbers and structure of National BSOs and receive feedback for the questionnaires.

Secondly we have also finished reviewing our national policies & legislations regarding National BSOs and EPCs and updated our partners. Cyprus has established a strong foundation for advancing the energy performance and sustainability of its building stock.”
