On Tuesday, 28 April, SmarterEPC launched the project’s Advisory Board activities with the first online meeting.

The consortium briefly introduced the project’s main concepts and featured the results reached during the first half of implementation, which are already available to download from the Deliverables section.

The consortium is currently working on several aspects, streaming novel tools and methodologies and enriching energy audit standards for EPC, SRI, HVAC inspections, and Renovation Passport assessments.

During this first meeting, we touched upon several of them, and we are ready to continue the dialogue through the many initiatives, events and online meetings during Spring-Summer 2025!

Aside from the benefits, what is the current state of EPCs in Italy? Every year, ENEA publishes a report on EPCs to analyze the state of the art of this certification, which is still not fully exploited in all its potential.
