SmarterEPC will join the EU Building Stock Observatory (BSO), OBSERVE and other EU-funded sister projects for an in-person event in Brussels focused on turning the requirements of the recast EPBD into practical implementation.
Taking place at a key moment for Member States, ahead of the submission of final National Building Renovation Plans (NBRPs) and the first mandatory transfer of national building data to the EU BSO in 2027, the event will explore how reliable and interoperable building data, renovation planning, financing and monitoring can support effective delivery.
The programme will bring together representatives from the European Commission, CINEA, Member States and EU-funded initiatives, showcasing practical tools and solutions that public authorities and market actors can already use or adapt to support EPBD implementation.
